ROTOR - AGRO furnaces are furnaces of the European class that is caused by a modern design of the furnace providing high quality, uniformity of pastries and high reliability. In a design of the furnace all best achievements - the European design thought and a know - how of the Russian developers in the field of design of baking furnaces are realized.

Advantages:

• In the furnace the scheme of convection of air is realized classical, well proved. The fan of the thermal block sucks in air from the baking camera of the furnace, the air stream under a pressure passes through the thermal block where is exposed to heating and on an air duct moves back in a baking chamber through vertical cracks of the shiberny block. In a baking chamber of warmly hot air it is transferred to the test preparations located on the rotating rack cart.
• Air supply in a baking chamber is carried out via vertical shiberny blocks, two of which are in forward part of a baking chamber, and the third – in back part. Such arrangement of shiberny blocks - allows to give evenly hot air on test preparations on all plane of the left sidewall of a baking chamber.
• The air path and the baking camera of the ROTOR - AGRO furnace are completely made of stainless steel, in difference from many domestic producers who apply stainless steel to production only of a baking chamber.
• The air channel for withdrawal of part of hot air on the steam generator has blinds which are located in back part of a baking chamber. The similar design allows to maintain constantly temperature of the steam generator sufficient for the maximum rate of steam formation at the set volume of steam and to reduce temperature drop in a chamber at steam supply.
• In an air path of the furnace the reliable 2 - speed " fan a squirrel wheel" import production from stainless steel is installed.
• The execution option with the 2 - speed fan allows to realize technology of a parouvlazhneniye with compulsory "soft" air circulation and couple in a baking chamber at low speeds of a stream. Unlike standard technology where the fan is switched - off during a parouvlazhneniye cycle, in ROTOR - AGRO furnaces, the 2 - speed fan switches to work at the lowered rotation speed that considerably reduces temperature drop at steam formation, and for products, especially critical to uniformity of a parouvlazhneniye such approach allows to receive the uniformity of pastries which is not reached in other schemes. - Besides, such technology allows to reduce pastries time for various products by 10 - 20% .
• ROTOR - AGRO furnaces are equipped with the new powerful steam generator of cascade type consisting of 4 sections on 7 paroisparitelny trenches in everyone. Large volume of steam and - its uniform distribution on the volume of a baking chamber is provided with simultaneous water supply in three points of the steam generator.
• The system of gas elimination of the furnace, provides removal - a smoke from oils when roasting carts, sheets and forms, and also, if necessary, fall of temperature in a baking chamber, at completion of work of the furnace or a break in its work. The system of gas elimination creates additional inflow of atmospheric air for decrease in concentration of carcinogens in the furnace. Option control of system of gas elimination is exercised of the program block automatically.
• Furnaces of all standard sizes are issued in three modifications on power sources:
  • Electric heaters
  • Gas heatgenerators
  • Heatgenerators on liquid fuel
• Furnaces are designed in such a way that even in use, they can be converted at the client from one type of fuel on another.
• Furnaces with gas heating, or with the heatgenerator on liquid fuel, are equipped with the effective heat exchanger with the high efficiency made of special heat resisting stainless steel that allows to raise service life of the furnace and to save heat carriers.
• For economy of energy at pastries, the furnace with electric heating at the request of the client are completed with heaters with the maximum power of 48 - 76 Kw. Besides, the heating system is designed in such a way that in use, rated capacity can be reduced with a step of 9,6 Kw.
• ROTOR - AGRO furnaces are designed with the top drive of the rack cart. The rotating moment from the motor - a reducer via the disk coupling is transferred to a frame which is rigidly connected with the rotating platform on which the rack cart is rolled up. It allows to exclude an additional shake - up of test preparations when rolling the cart. For prevention of leak of steam through an opening of a shaft of the drive of the rack cart on a shaft - the high - temperature sealant is provided.
• By request of the client, furnaces can be delivered with an option of change of the direction of rotation of the cart during pastries that allows to achieve increase of uniformity of pastries, in comparison with the classical scheme of unilateral rotation.
• Consolidation of a door on lateral and top to parts of an internal face surface of a door is carried out by means of a tape from high - temperature silicone rubber, and on the lower cut of a door metal elastic consolidation is applied.
• The similar combination of sealants allows to exclude losses of heat and leak of steam during the operation of the furnace. And, the arrangement of a silicone profile is chosen so that not to allow its damage when rolling the rack cart. For the maximum protection of personnel against thermal radiation and burns at doors two glasses are established.
• The system of automatic control of furnaces turns on the block of electroautomatic equipment and the import unified program block. The block of electroautomatic equipment is completed with products of the leading global manufacturers.
