Furnace tubular block PTB-10E

The furnace of direct heating is intended for heating of oil emulsions and oil at their trade
to preparation and transportation. The furnace possesses more perfect design, than the PTB 10A furnace,
being further development of model. These furnaces are widely used in Russia and the CIS countries.

Differences of the furnace of tubular PTB-10E from the PTB-10A furnace
The general configuration is kept, and the main changes and innovations following:
■ the electric control system with introduction of microprocessor system of automation Is applied that provides a possibility of work as a part of the object PCS. Need of acquisition the compressor disappeared ache installations for maintenance of pressure in the pneumatic line since all executive mechanisms a lock ache fittings are replaced with the electric drive.
■ are provided by System of automation in addition:
– control of dangerous concentration of gas in a heatexchange chamber;
– control of a ratio gas – air that provides fuller combustion of fuel gas.
■ for the purpose of increase of efficiency single-row zmeev ki, located along lateral walls are in addition installed to the furnace (85%) in the heatexchange camera.
■ for the purpose of ensuring safety of a heatexchange chamber in case of cotton of air-gas mix
the area of explosive valves which are installed outside in ceiling part of a heatexchange chamber is increased.
■ coils for heating of fuel gas in winter time up to the temperature of +65 °C are installed In the heatexchange camera.

■ the Furnace is supplied with two ventilatory units for parallel work with a possibility of regulation of productivity of each of them. Fans are connected to electric motors by muftovy connection.

■ Instead of the room of GRP in the block of the basis of the furnace installation gas control cupboard UGShS is applied.

to requirements of standard documentation also satisfies to inquiries of operators.
