The case of a product becomes covered by rubber lining. It allows to increase friction coefficient between a tape and a drum that increases stability of its movement in general and excludes pro-slipping and slipping. Besides, the rubber layer allows to protect a steel surface from corrosion and to lower dynamic loading which is the share of it.
The motor reel is a component of the tape conveyor and is intended for transfer of the traction effort necessary for starting of the conveyer belt.
Driving drums are delivered with one console of a shaft for connection with the driving mechanism or two consoles – for connection with two driving mechanisms symmetrized concerning a conveyor axis.
Driving drums are issued both in smooth, and in the futerovanny (rubberized) execution. Lining of a drum can be smooth, diamond-shaped and shevronny (with edges counterclockwise or clockwise).
