Gantry cranes

Electric gantry cranes are intended for performance of pogruzo-discharging of any complexity and for various operating modes, including usual hook, clamshell, magnetic, container.

The control of drives of the gantry crane on the basis of modern frequency converters provides smooth, stepless regulation of all movement of the crane for exact positioning and safety of freight and vehicles.

The metal design of the gantry crane consists of the bridge (without consoles, with one or two consoles) and two support. The bridge can be executed one-frame or two-frame. Kozlova the crane moves on a railway subcrane line on four running carts. Each of carts is driving. The frame of the running cart represents a welded box-shaped design.

The arrangement of driving carts has a sufficient stock of coupling of driving wheels of the crane with a rail at any mode of loading of the crane and irrespective of an arrangement of the cargo cart concerning the bridge. Fixing of the crane is carried out by anti-theft devices of tick-borne type according to requirements of rules. Running carts are equipped with protections (protective arches) which prevent damages. Wheels for movement of the cargo cart represent the dvukhrebordny wheels excluding a wheel descent from a rail.
