The harvester of PowerFlow is unique development of the Challenger company. Practice confirms productivity gain in 15 when cleaning on a root.

When cleaning such cultures as colza, flax, bean and rye, its development surpasses indicators of all other harvesters for 50% and more.

This harvester can be used for direct combining of colza, soy without extras, such as a rape table. These excellent indicators when harvesting are under trying conditions caused by compulsory giving of slanted weight to the screw that reduces losses of grain because of fall and provides uniform giving regardless of working conditions.

How it becomes?

The harvester has the heavy-duty frame allowing the tape conveyor to work without distortions. The tape conveyor directs slanted material from a knife to the screw, accelerating and evenly distributing its stream. Speed of the conveyor can be regulated depending on various cultures.

Losses on a harvester are minimized at the expense of considerable, in 1,14 m of distance from a braid to the screw. The tape PowerFlow conveyor minimizes wear of a harvester, rejecting stones.

Besides, because of the put-forward provision of a braid the review from a cabin considerably is improved and the combine operator has more time for reaction in case of detection of foreign objects which can get to a harvester. Besides since 2009 on harvesters of PowerFlow the new system of the drive of a braid of the Shumacher model which increases the number of the movements till 1200 in a minute is installed.
