Grain knife

The bread and cake knife has long, strong, identical width an edge, it comes to an end approximately at right angle to the cutting edge. The wavy or sawtooth cutting edge "saws" a grain crust, and it cuts pulp as a usual knife. It allows to cut products from puff and fancy pastry, without rumpling them. Such kitchen knife is good also for cutting of pineapple, a water-melon, a melon on segments. This knife is also suitable for cutting of a water-melon or a melon.
