Granulator OGM-1,5 (production of compound feed or fuel granule)

The granulator — a key element of the production line which is necessary for transformation of biological waste to granules. The granulator is created for receiving small granules (diameter no more than 14 mm), at the heart of its design there is horizontally rotating ring matrix and in it there are two turning valets, their axes are not mobile.

This model provides processing:

• Production wastes at a woodworking (shaving, opit, a chip, the croaker) or from a tree trunk;
• Waste of agricultural cultures (pod of sunflower, buckwheat, millet, etc.);
• The dung is bird's;
• Stalks of a cane and straw \hay (lucerne);
• For production of various compound feeds from cereal cultures, for example, wheat and corn, etc.

The press is intended for receiving granules from the moistened flour by breakdown by its pressing rollers through radial openings of a ring matrix.

The press granulator of the OGM-1,5 brand consists from actually press, the mixer and the shnekovy batcher (giving of the bunker). The batcher evenly gives a product to the mixer where it is humidified with water or steam to the humidity necessary for a granulation, and intensively mixes up a mixer (moisture promotes formation of strong granules), the humidified product is brought out of the mixer in the camera of pressing of a press. In the pressing camera flour drags on between the rollers rotating a matrix and pressing and is pressed through in radial openings of a matrix where under the influence of big pressure there is a formation of granules. The granules which are squeezed out from openings encounter a motionless knife and break off. The broken-off granules fall down and through a sleeve of a casing are brought out of a press, get to a noriya and are transported in a cooler.
