lately interest in the welded metal gauze increases. In the construction sphere it is used at laying of the base, construction of buildings, reinforcing of reinforced concrete designs and a bricklaying. Reinforcing of pavings and a covering of pipelines does not do without it. In the sphere of gardening it is used for a design of various frameworks, construction of protections and greenhouses. It strengthen a bricklaying at construction of walls of garages, country houses and cottages. In the sphere of animal husbandry it is used at production of cages. The welded grid consists from separate, located perpendicularly a provolok which in places of crossing are connected by spot welding. The turning-out cells can be square and a rectangular shape. New technology – the grid covering polymer (a galvanized grid) – allowed to increase its resistance to corrosion and considerably increased operation term, but this option is more expensive at cost.
Producers let out different types of grids: without covering, with a polymeric covering, zinced, with a covering of zinc and polymer. The method of a covering has several options: a covering powder paint, an okunaniye in a bathtub with polymer. The galvanized grid is made in two ways: by production use a galvanized wire or zinc already ready grid.
The welded grid is made of a cold-drawn nizkouglerodichesky wire. Diameter of a wire - from 1,2 to 4 millimeters. The profile is used periodic or round – from 3 to 4 millimeters. Welded connections are capable to sustain of a separation effort of a wire with a diameter no more than 2 millimeters more than 295H, and for a wire with a diameter from 1,4 to 1,6 millimeters this value goes down to 147H that was confirmed with the carried-out tests. The most demanded welded grid is a grid of the standard size which is used for filling of concrete plates. Its use prevents washing away of a basis from crushed stone and soil, and promotes increase in term of operation of concrete plates.
In spite of the fact that the welded grid found application in industrial and economic branches, most of all it is demanded in building of industrial and civil facilities. It is widely used for plaster works, for a protection of various sites (country and homestead, construction territories, facades of buildings, a roadwork, the construction woods, bearing walls, for a drainage of horizontal terraces). It promotes identification of underground communications. The welded grid is irreplaceable when reinforcing – for reinforcing of concrete, plaster panels, a bricklaying, facades of arches and walls, floors, pavings, reinforced concrete designs which have unrationed durability. A welded grid - the irreplaceable assistant in an anticorrosive covering of steel pipelines.
In needs of household character (production of fencings, fences, construction of cages for pets and birds) popularity was gained by a welded grid of PVC. It is also made of a wire, and then covered with material PVC. Thickness of a covering is varied depending on the place of application of a grid. The layer of PVC preserves a grid against emergence of a rust. And if in addition to zinc the PVC grid, it will become stronger and durable.
The universal, strong and durable welded grid has practically no shortcomings. During transportation it is put at each other layers. Layers lie densely that in the course of transportation excludes risk of deformation of material.
Depending on purpose of a welded grid, it has the following versions: reinforcing grid, road grid, masonry grid.
Reinforcing grid still call reinforced. It is used for reinforcing of a bricklaying of walls, pavings, for production of frameworks and protections.
The road grid carries out a role of the reinforcing material at construction of a roadbed. At first stack a road grid, and then make concrete filling. This way reduces formation of cracks, and a surface of the road to become the most equal and strong.
The masonry grid is necessary for internal finishing of rooms, plaster works and a bricklaying. It is used for alignment of walls and gives stable resistance of a surface of various designs to irritants of external environment. For increase in service life of the building and resistance to corrosion the welded masonry grid is replaced with a masonry grid zinced, possessing longer service life.
