Grinders of rolls of hay and straw.

Grinders of rolls of IRR are intended for crushing of rolls of straw and hay in a sechka of various length. The weight of the processed roll (bale) should not exceed 350 kg. , diameter of a roll should not exceed 1, 8m, the sizes of a bale should not exceed 1, 5 * 1, 5 * 1, 5m. Humidity of straw (hay) no more than 14% .
Time of crushing of 1 roll makes 3 - 15 minutes, depending on extent of crushing.
Length of the received sechka, (60% of a rassev) 30 - 80 mm.
Loading of a grinder is carried out elektrotalyyu, the crane beam, by the tractor.
The received sechka, depending on length, can be applied:
- for a further doizmelcheniye with the subsequent granulation;
- as a laying for the cattle;
- for a forage to the cattle;
- for other appointments, with similar characteristics.
The grinder can be established independently, at the same time crushing is conducted in a corn bin, or to the technological line when after a grinder the bunker the uspokoitel of BU - 1 providing uniform giving of a sechka from a grinder to the subsequent equipment and separation of metal and mineral impurity from a sechka of straw (hay) and further a crusher of hay of DKR - 4SI or DKR - 5SI is installed.
