GTL-304D mini-complex for pelletizing biofuels

Small complex GTL - 304D are designed for the production of fuel pellets (pellets) from sawdust, straw cereals, sunflower husks, stalks and ears of corn and other biomass plant.

Performance small complex GTL - 304D GRANTECH ^TM for granulated biofuel (pellets) is from 0.25 to 0.5 t / h.

In the basic configuration GTL - 304D includes:

• receiving hopper
• Pellet - presses,
• coolant
• Screeners
• control systems,
• the necessary elements of the transport system.

The use of quality components and materials allow to operate

GTL - 304D at temperatures from + 5 to + 40 and relative humidity up to 80% .

For the production of solid biofuel GTL - 304D can additionally be equipped with:

• site preparation of raw (chipper, wood - shaving machine or cutter straw, removal of impurities);

• drying of the wet portion of the raw material (drying complex GTSK - 0,6 / 4);

• land records, packing and storage of finished products.
