NHXMH HALOGEN-FREE CABLE 

For stationary laying, on and under plaster. NHXMH is a halogen-free alternative to the adjusting NYM cable.

German standards of the halogen-free NHXMH cable: DIN VDE 0250 part 215/214

Standard color of a cover light-gray, RAL 7035.

Design

1. Conductor: a soft copper wire, a class 1 or a class 2 according to DIN VDE 0295
   2. Isolation: sewed, from weight without halogen elements
   3. Core: two or several twisted veins.
   4. Filling: An extruded layer from halogen-free material, over the twisted veins
   5. Cover: A layer of the thermoplastic weight which is not containing halogens

Application

In buildings with a large number of people and valuable things. In dry, damp and wet rooms for stationary laying, in, on and under plaster, and also in walls and in concrete, excepting direct making in the pressed vibroconcrete. It is possible to establish in free spaces if the conductor is protected from direct sunlight. Direct laying in the vibrated or overstrained concrete, and also laying to the earth and water is not allowed. These cables can also be used in the open air.

 
Is suitable for conductings with the external influences classified according to SRPS N. B2.730: AG1-AG2; BD2-BD3; VE2-VEZ and SA2, in buildings and industrial facilities.

- The cable prevents distribution of an open flame (DIN VDE 0472 part 804C): IEC standards of 60332-3-24 Cat. With;
- Density of smoke which is emitted when melting has very low density (according to DIN VDE 0472 part 816): IEC 61034 standards;
- Absence as a part of isolation and a cover of group of halogens: fluorine, bromine, chlorine, iodine and astatine does this cable to the safest as when melting it is not emitted toxic substances (DIN VDE 0472 part 813): IEC 60754 standards;
- Availability of polyolefin as a part of a cover considerably slows down process of melting and release of toxic substances: IEC 60754 standards;
- The Karroziynostoykost to moisture: IEC 60754 standards.
