1. The film thermoshrinkable - width of cloth is from 100 mm to 3000 mm; thickness is from 40 to 200 microns.

2. The film - construction, agricultural and so forth appointments - width is up to 4000 mm; thickness is from 40 to 200 microns.

3. Film of different flowers and parameters with drawing logo of the Customer.

4. Film for packaging of milk and dairy products with drawing logo of the Customer and necessary information on product standards.

5. Drawing the press on different types of films (polypropylene, the "pearls" metallized, etc.) and forming from them of packages, bags, sleeves, etc.

6. Production of label: A) self-adhesive in roll; B) from thermoshrinkable PVC.

7. Production of protective caps on bottles, banks, gas bottles, keg, 20 liter bottles for water, etc. from thermoshrinkable PVC with the press.

8. Production of "undershirt" packages, "with the strengthened handle", "bag", etc. with drawing the press and without.

9. Drawing the press on any kinds of films, forming of sleeve, cutting of films on rolls, etc.

The Kazakhstan company on production of packing materials of Center No. 1, Ltd. LLP since 1998 works at the market of Kazakhstan on production of polymeric packing materials, including packagings for food.

As a part of the company three work rooms function: workshop of extrusion, printing shop, and workshop of production of packages which provide full complex of works: from production of polyethylene film from the granulated polymeric raw materials - before release of ready packaging and packages of the seven-color press for foodstuff and other purposes.

The staff of plant totals about 50 high quality professional workers. Customer-oriented approach to the organization of business, and also professionalism of the technologist-consultant and designer, will help the Customer with the choice of necessary material, development of design and will allow to meet all consumer requirements to packaging products.

For providing requirements of consumers to high-quality packaging products the plant is equipped with the high-performance import extrusion equipment which is constantly modernized and updated. It allows to make polymer films sleeve up to 2000 mm wide, with a film thickness from 10 to 400 microns, both transparent, and any color. Productivity of workshop is up to 10 000 kg in change.

The printing shop is equipped with the printing machines (rotogravyurny, fleksopolimerny) allowing to provide the high-quality full-color press. For the press paint of the Finnish and German production, as solvent - alcoholic fraction is used.

In workshop of production of packages the import cars allowing to make packages of the press and without of polyethylene of high and low pressure like "bag", "undershirt", and "from the ordinary cutting handle" are installed.

Besides, in this workshop the technology line, on forming of sleeve and the cabin of label and protective caps from thermoshrinkable PVH is established.
