WFT 12/13 - CNC, WRFT 130/150/160 - CNC and WFC — are horizontally boring machines with a rotary table of the company "-Fermat" - ("-Fermat"-). In the first as well as in the third case it is about the module with a sliding working spindle, in the second case — - together with a sliding pinolyyu (ram). Thanks to this concept it is about universal milling and boring machines which are capable to process with high efficiency dimensional preparations at respect for high precision and quality of processing. All models of machines are structurally solved as the modular and national teams so requirements can adapt them the user. The applied modern control systems (Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc) provide high comfort in management of the machine and many other practical functions. The interconnected management on 5 - to axes (X, Y, Z, W and B), or as at WRFT series machines, the interconnected management on 6 - to axes is standard (X, Y, Z, V, W and B). Depending on the used accessories the quantity of the operated axes can be increased. At processings the machine moves on bed axis Z, and preparations are fixed on a rotary table. Machines are intended for the effective cutting processing, mainly dimensional and heavy preparations, first of all from cast iron, foundry steel. Have ample opportunities of technological use in operations: milling, drilling, expansion and rezbonarezka.
Main elements of a design
The main bearing part of the shpindelny grandma represents casting from GGG60 cast iron. This so-called ram of a prismatic form. In its lower and lateral part there are kalevka of guides of linear swing of SCHNEEBERGER allowing to move horizontally a shpindelny head. For the drive of a working spindle the asynchronous servomotor of SIEMENS with a possibility of smooth regulation of turns and a planetary two-speed transmission of production of the German firm ZF serves (with transfer number 1:5,5 - for roughing and military operations and 1:1 - for usual work). Switching of steps of transfer is carried out automatically depending on the set spindle turns. The working spindle is equipped with automatic collet fixing of the OTT Jakob tools by means of dish-shaped springs with the clip force multiplier, holiday of the tool provides gidravlicheskiyv the cylinder. Bearings of the main landing of a spindle of SKF are greased with termless stuffing of solid oil. The spindle is equipped with ISO 50 cone - according to DIN 69-871/2 - and blowing by air. The bed and the carriage of the machine are connected in one general knot. They are made of a massive steel, ridge, welded structure which is thermally stabilized. Thanks to this decision the maximum rigidity and durability of connection of the carriage with a bed, and, along with it is reached, the maximum accuracy and rigidity of processing is provided. The carriage of the shpindelny grandma is manufactured of the malleable, thermally stabilized, high-strength GGG 60 cast iron. The mass of the shpindelny grandma and the carriage moving in the vertical direction is aligned by means of two ball screws (a so-called axis of Gantry) and two measuring rulers. Thanks to it the maximum safety and high precision and quality of the processed surface is ensured. The rotary table consists of two bodies: from the carriage and an adjusting plate of a table. These both parts are made of massive ridge casting which is thermally stabilized. The fixing plate is laid on krestovy the rolling bearing which provides the high bearing ability of a table with the minimum passive resistance. Movement of a rotary table is provided with two gear wheels, each of which is equipped with own servomotor with a transmission. Thanks to it the drive without side play is provided. This principle is called Master & - Slave. Cross and longitudinal beds are made of qualitative gray GG30 cast iron. Castings are thermally stabilized. Designs of castings, an arrangement of stiffening ribs and thickness of walls it is calculated taking into account the maximum damping of blows and clearing of the vibrations arising in processing.
