The only enterprise in the western region of Kazakhstan which mastered and applying technology of hot galvanizing of a metal construction by an immersion method in zinc fusion. The size of a bathroom of 7000*1200*2000 mm allows to zinc a large-size metalwork up to 12 meters long.

Procedure of drawing a zinc covering consists in consecutive performance of the following operations:

• degreasing
• etching
• washing
• fluxing
• drying of a surface
• galvanizing in zinc fusion

Putting zinc is carried out by immersion in a bathtub with zinc with the temperature of 445-4600C of the prepared dry product on which surface Fe-Zn an alloy which protects from corrosion is formed.

Before placement of the order for galvanizing it is necessary to examine "The technical requirements imposed to the metal designs which are subject to a covering by method of hot galvanizing" in accordance with GOST 9.307-89.
