Houses in the town will be 3 types:
individual separate houses on one owner with 3 types of planning,
townhouses (from the English townhouse - a town house) on 5 and more owners,
and block houses (from the English blockhouse - the blocked house) on 2 owners.
Various options of finishing will give own face to each town.
In each town it is supposed to construct such infrastructure facilities as preschool institutions, educational institutions, policlinic, a drugstore, trade enterprises, catering establishments, public service establishments, a cinema hall, club, library, the room for fizkulturno - improving actions, public order protection point, a laundry, zhilishchno - the operational organization, etc.
