Type: HS-558 enamel on the basis of vinyl chloride copolymer with vinilidenkhloridy, HS-558 "In" — on the basis of vinyl chloride copolymer, with vinyl-acetic ester, modified by maleic acid.
Scope: Enamel of white color intends for a covering of an internal surface of the metal and reinforced concrete tanks used for storage and transportation of wine materials with the content of ethyl alcohol no more than 20% and containers for transportation of fruit.
Properties: enamel provides a white semi-gloss covering. Warranty period of storage of enamels: HS-558 — 6 months, HS-558 "In" — 3 months from the date of production.
Preparation of a surface: to clear carefully of dust and any other pollution or a rust (it is better to process the sanding device). Before putting enamel the surface should be wiped with acetone or the R-4, R-4A solvent.
Drawing covering: Before application carefully to mix enamel. To dilute enamel with the R-4, R-4A solvent to viscosity 16-22 with on the VZ-246 viscometer (a nozzle of 4 mm). Enamel with method of pneumatic dispersion on primer HS-04 in 2-4 layers is applied. An enamel consumption on 4 layers — 600 g/m2. Drying of each layer – 3 hours at a temperature of 20±2 °C. Final drying by a purge of capacities the air heated to 60-80 °C before full removal of traces of solvents
Precautions: During the work in capacities to use a hose gas mask. For protection of hands to use rubber gloves. To store enamel in densely closed container, protecting from moisture and direct sunshine.
