The SBSh-160/200-40 machine is intended for drilling of technological explosive wells with a diameter of 160; 171; 215 mm, up to 40 meters in depth in breeds f=4¸18 fortress on a scale of the prof. Protodyakonov on open-cast mountain minings of minerals, and also when working on a zaotkoska of ledges of boards of pits on a limit contour. The machine represents the self-propelled boring unit consisting of a caterpillar drive, an engine room and a mast. On caterpillar the platform on which all equipment of the machine is mounted is installed to the course of tractor type with the individual drive on each cart. In forward part of a platform on an axis of the working platform the machine mast is established. On the left side of a mast the driver's cabin on the vibroextinguishing shock-absorbers is established. On the right side of a mast the system of wet or dry dust suppression is located. In the back part of the machine which is an engine room the equipment electro-and a hydraulic actuator and compressor installation is mounted. To a platform three hydraulic jacks of a gorizontirovaniye located fasten: two in a lobby and one in back parts of a platform. The mast represents the welded spatial farm made of pipes of square section. The forward party of a mast opened that provides free and convenient access to mechanisms and boring bars. In a mast the separator of rotary type with four boring bars is placed. In the lower part of a mast the lunette and the mechanism for discrediting of boring bars consisting of the lower and top hydraulic keys is placed. On internal lateral surfaces of a mast gear laths on which the rotary giving mechanism moves are located. The rotary giving mechanism consisting of hydromotors, reducers and the elastic coupling is intended for rotation and giving of the boring tool on a face when drilling and the accelerated descent rise of a boring stav on auxiliary operations at analysis of a boring stav. The rotator and the giving mechanism are placed in one case. During creation of this machine the most progressive technical solutions are applied: - all power bearing metalwork of a caterpillar drive, a platform, an engine room, a mast are made of the high-strength alloyed steel; - all components of hydraulics - mobile execution, Bosch Rexroth firm; - all drives of the machine have margin of safety at the maximum loads that considerably increases a resource of the main units due to operation them in the modes below nominal; - protection of motors against cavitation is applied, including at the movement of the machine under a bias; - regulation of productivity of the main pumps is carried out on feedback from consumers depending on the carried-out operations. Due to optimum use of power characteristics of adjustable pumps the power of the driving engine is reduced; - the bessvarny connections of pipelines and sleeves of a high pressure of import production excluding leak of oil from a hydraulic system are applied
