Hydraulic pusher on rails, model 2TSh10G400

Hydraulic pushers are intended for movement of the large-size, heavy equipment, designs with interception on railway rails or tavrovy beams - for example for movement of transformers.

The object rigging on railway rails with use of the hydraulic pushing devices (further pushers) provides high efficiency of works.

Pushers, by request, are delivered complete with special two port pump station with the control unit, in the protective case on a wheel frame, 2NER-2,0I20T1-V-2TSh25 that provides perpendicularity of the front of the moved freight relatively a rail, reliable uniform movement of freight without distortions; with a set (4 pieces) of sleeves of a high pressure of RVDI 10000K (Y) 10 m long.

Application of pushers 2TSh10G400, 2TSh25G600 only on rails of the P65 type is allowed (admissible wear of a head a rail: on height no more than 3 mm, on width no more than 2 mm.). Model 2TSh10G400R75 is intended for work on P75 rails.

Devices consist of two identical pushing hydraulic mechanisms. Structure of one pusher: a hydraulic cylinder with hydraulic return of a rod, an emphasis of a step pusher, an emphasis forward, an emphasis (delivery of pro-rates for transition through a joint a rail is possible).

Promotion of a rod of a hydraulic cylinder is carried out due to the effort arising at supply of hydraulic liquid under pressure in a piston cavity. At the same time, there is a jamming of an emphasis of a step pusher levers to gear inserts on a rail head. The device pushes the moved equipment with the shaking emphasis established on a forward emphasis. At the same time, the forward emphasis moves with the minimum coefficient of friction. After end of the working course at supply of hydraulic liquid in a shtokovy cavity of a hydraulic cylinder there is a return of the piston to a starting position to jamming of a forward emphasis by means of levers with providing the maximum coefficient of friction, at the same time, the emphasis of a step pusher is wedged. The pusher moves towards the moved equipment, the piston of a hydraulic cylinder comes back to a starting position. The cycle of movement of freight is repeated.
