Hydrodistributors

The hydrodistributor proportional sektsiionny the RPS100 type, (further – the distributor), is intended for use in hydraulic systems together with the adjustable pump and with feedback on loading, for a smooth speed control of hydraulic executive mechanisms, by means of change of the direction, start-up, or a stop of a stream of working liquid in hydraulic systems, including during the parallel operation of several mechanisms with passing, or counter loading. The design of the distributor provides independent regulation of the maximum size of an expense of any working section in each recorded position, with an automatic rasfiksation of zolotniks at the set size of working loading in any recorded situation. At the same time the high speed of operation of the mechanism of a rasfiksation, provides lack of throwings of pressure, and feedback on loading allows to reduce as much as possible losses on a thermal emission at a drosselirovaniye.

The distributor is manufactured on specifications of TU U 29.3-31681688-001:2008 in various executions on the overall and connecting dimensions, on functional dependences and on climatic factors.

Hydrodistributor scope:

• hinged devices of tractors and combines;
• farm vehicles and mechanisms where parallel operation of several executive mechanisms is required;
• cars of municipal services, loaders and cranes, road-building machines, etc.;
• cars of the common industrial equipment.

The distributor is carried out according to the scheme with the closed center. Working sections of the distributor are made with various options of management:

• mechanical;
• manual;
• electrohydraulic.
• electroproportional;
• with the expense regulator

Working sections of the hydrodistributor have executions on positions of zolotniks, ways of fixing and a rasfiksation, existence of auxiliary hydraulic devices and their arrangement.
