Description
It is intended for measurements of a volume fraction of moisture in nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, air and their mixes, and also in the inert and other gases which are not interacting with phosphoric anhydride and represents the stationary device of continuous action.
The principle of action of a hygrometer is based on a kulonometrichesky method of measurement.
The hygrometer is used in the chemical, petrochemical industry, at the enterprises for production of the semiconductors, chips, microcontrollers, polymeric materials alloyed staly and also in the nuclear industry and land space objects. The hygrometer is issued in 3 executions:
• with the sensor on a high pressure (from 0,16 to 40 MPas);
• with the sensor on the low pressure (from 0,03 to 0,16 MPas);
• with the sensor on depression (from minus 0,005 to plus 0,03 MPas).
The cover of the sensor of a hygrometer belongs to the explosion-proof equipment, has marking 1ExdIICT3, can be established in explosive zones of the class V-1a according to PUE. The block of measurements of a hygrometer has to be installed only in explosion-proof rooms.
