Incubator of an intensive care of newborns with microprocessor control of monitoring of parameters of temperature, concentration of oxygen, air humidity, temperature and body weight of newborn IDN-03-of "UOMZ" in a set, JSC Ural Optical & Mechanical Plant Production Association of name E.S. Yalamova" (Russia), it is equipped with microprocessor control of monitoring of parameters of temperature, concentration of oxygen, air humidity, temperature and body weight of the newborn.
INDUS-03 is intended for an intensive care and carrying out effective reanimation of newborns as with a critical small weight of 500 - 1500 g and pathologies, and weighing more than 1500 (for the general therapy).
The cap of the children's module is made of especially strong polycarbonate not subject to negative impact of radiation by germicidal lamps.
Purpose of an incubator of IDN-03 of "UOMZ":
The incubator of an intensive care of newborn IDN 03 "UOMZ" is developed for nursing, carrying out an intensive care of newborns, including also premature newborns with critically small weight in intensive care units newborn, departments of pathology of newborns, chambers of an intensive care, departments of medical and urgent pediatrics, and also in maternity homes.
Operational conditions of an incubator of IDN-03:
- Air temperature... 20 - 30 °C;
- Relative humidity of air... 45 - 80%;
- Atmospheric pressure... 84,0 - 106,7 kPa (630 - 800 mm hg).
The incubator of an intensive care of newborns of IDN-03 provides the following opportunities of therapy and care of newborns:
- Thermal therapy which is applied by means of support in the children's module of the set air temperature, a possibility of attemperation of air or temperature of skin of the newborn;
- Provision, air humidities, necessary for the newborn;
- Air saturation regulation by oxygen, and, thus, carrying out oxygen therapy;
- Vomozhnost of regulation of an inclination of the children's module that gives to the head high or low position;
- Carrying out usual or intensive leaving through doors for hands or lateral panels and face doors;
- Carrying out actions of an intensive care:
- administration of medicinal solutions is dosed;

- The incubator of an intensive care of newborn IDN 03 "UOMZ" has internal memory which allows to write down all parameters of monitoring within 7 days and to bring trends to the display of the monitor if the incubator works continuously in view of the fact that at switching off of an incubator all written-down parameters, except the body weight of the newborn, are automatically erased.
For convenience of personnel in incubators of some executions there is a possibility of adjustment of situation on height of the children's module of an incubator.

Device and principle of work of an incubator of IDN-03 of "UOMZ":
Screen:
In the standard mode the measured values are displayed in a numerical form (the standard video image):
- the established and measured values of air temperature or temperature of skin;
- the established and measured values of relative humidity of air;
- the established and measured values of concentration of oxygen if function is initialized;
- the alarming, warning and informing messages.
The text on a yellow background testifies to the included mode, on black – disconnected. Besides, data can be displayed in the graphic mode, in the form of the schedule of a trend.
Air circulation:
Attemperation, humidity and concentration of oxygen is carried out by means of system of forced air circulation. The fan via the air filter sucks in air from the room. In addition to giving in an incubator of the fresh filtered air the fan provides also internal recirculation of air. The general flow goes to the heater, then is humidified with the water vapor produced by a humidifier. After heating and moistening air comes to a children's compartment through system of the openings located along front and back sidewalls and goes down from the right and left face parties. Such scheme of air circulation allows to form a protective air veil when opening lateral doors.
Attemperation:
In an incubator two modes of automatic control of temperature - by air and on the child's skin are applied.
Regulation by air - air temperature is automatically maintained in an incubator equal set ranging from 30,0 °C to 37,0 °C in the main range and from 37,1 °C to 39,0 °C in additional, at confirmation by the operator, range of temperatures. Air temperature is regulated with use of the sensor of air temperature located in the acting part of the block of sensors which is in a children's compartment.
Regulation on skin – air temperature in an incubator is regulated so that temperature of skin of the child was maintained equal to a preset value in range from 34,0 °C to 37,5 °C in the main range and from 37,6 °C to 39,0 °C – in additional, at confirmation by the operator. Three options of attemperation of air on skin are possible: on the main sensor, on additional and in the automode.
At the choice of the Avtorezhim mode if both sensors of temperature of skin are connected, then regulation happens on the main sensor. If the additional sensor, then regulation is carried out on the additional sensor and if both sensors are connected and in the course of attemperation the main sensor was switched-off, then the system automatically, without sound alarm system, switches to attemperation on the additional sensor, and at further connection of the main sensor system automatically, without operation of the alarm system, switches to regulation on the main sensor of temperature of skin.
The established, and also established and valid value of temperature is displayed on the screen of the control unit and display.
In an incubator there is an independent system of protection against an overheat which sensor of temperature is installed in the block of sensors.
At air attemperation on the air temperature sensor the system switches-off the heater of air and the heater of water in a humidifier at achievement of temperature in an incubator of 38 °C in the main range of temperatures and 40 °C – in additional, and also during the work on the skin sensor, at the same time is developed light and sound signals of danger of a high priority.
By means of the sensor of indication of air temperature located also in the block of sensors temperature in a children's compartment which values are displayed is taken.
Humidity regulation:
Moistening of air in an incubator is provided with giving in an air flow of the water vapor formed in the humidifier reservoir. A control system, regulating the electric power brought to the humidifier heater increases or reduces the content of water vapor in the air coming to a children's compartment thereby changing the level of relative humidity of air in a children's compartment of an incubator. The sensor of humidity of system of regulation of humidity is in that part of the block of sensors which is in a children's compartment. By means of the similar sensor, nearby, the actual value of relative humidity of air is measured in a children's compartment which is displayed on the screen.
Air saturation by oxygen:
In an incubator the electromagnetic valve connected to the entrance union is installed. Also in the block of sensors two sensors of oxygen - in system of automatic control and are installed in the measuring channel. Regulation is carried out on one sensor of oxygen, measurement – on the second sensor of oxygen. Information on the set and measured value of concentration of oxygen is displayed. The oxygen coming to system of air supply heats up and moistened together with air. Information on the installed sensors is displayed.
Weighing:
If the incubator is completed with scales and you need to use them, then in the children's module instead of a matrasik scales are established. Are a weight platform with two strain gages, the module of tenzoizmereniye a part of scales and a cable of communication with an incubator control system, at the same time power supply on scales moves on the same cable.
The principle of action – transformation of gravity of the weighed child by means of tenzorezistorny sensors of force in an electric signal which is processed in the module of tenzoizmereniye, is recalculated in weight and is transferred to an incubator control system on a consecutive communication channel for display on the screen.
Two modes of weighing – manual and automatic are provided. At the second weighing is carried out automatically through the set time interval during the set period.
Information on the measured value of mass of the child is transferred to memory of a control system and can be caused on the screen in the trend mode.
X-ray analysis:
External access to a compartment for the cartridge with a x-ray film allows to carry out a X-ray analysis. The x-ray cartridge is installed by the size of no more than 18 x 24 cm under the sliding pallet from the back party of an incubator.
Trends:
In an incubator the possibility of switching of the standard video image with display of values is provided in a numerical form on a graphic representation - a trend. Setup of a configuration allows to define in advance what trend will be displayed on the screen when switching a numerical form of data presentation on a graphic representation. A conclusion of trends of air temperature, temperature of skin, humidity, concentration of oxygen, weight is provided. A conclusion of one or two parameters is possible. On the screen the results registered within 7 last days with a possibility of the choice of time of supervision from 3 hours to 7 days can be caused.
Alarm system:
Alarm systems of an incubator log in:
- The indicator of the central alarm system located from above on the body of the control unit and display;
- The red indicator of alarm located on the front panel;
- Red indicator of disturbance of supply of electricity.
At operation of the alarm system the corresponding indicator begins to shine or blink and the sound signal joins. Except this monitor the messages corresponding to specific danger are displayed.
The following categories of signals of danger with a different priority differ:
- Disturbance of supply of electricity;
- Alarm (high potential danger);
- Prevention (average potential danger)
- Information message.
The system of the alarm system about danger in case of simultaneous or consecutive emergence of dangerous situations of a different priority automatically chooses and initializes a signal of danger of higher priority. After elimination of danger of a high priority and preservation of a situation of danger of lower priority the system automatically passes into the mode of the alarm system of the previous danger.
