PURPOSE:

• automatic welding of circumferential seams and surfacing of shafts, spindles and rods up to 400 mm in diameter with a consumable electrode in shielding gases.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:

• The unit is completed with a system of forced cooling of the welding tool and a curved water - cooled torch for welding fillet welds.
• The installation allows welding of cylindrical parts up to 1300 mm long.
• The plant control system is based on an industrial controller, which allows the operator to set the surfacing parameters (vibration value, vibration speed, number of faceplate revolutions, surfacing length, etc. ) on the touch panel of the control panel and perform the surfacing process automatically.
