Principle of work. Purpose of the equipment for utilization of medical waste of "BALTNER"

This equipment is intended for utilization of medical waste of classes B and B by thermal disinfecting (disinfection by saturated water vapor under pressure in the conditions of vacuum) with the subsequent mechanical destrukturization in the way of pressing to briquettes in a mechanical press as a result waste of a class B and B becomes waste of a class A and is taken out on solid waste landfills. This method provides full disinfecting of all types of medical waste and deprivation of structural properties by them that completely corresponds to Sanitary and epidemiologic rules and standards 2.1.7.2790-10. regarding thermal disinfecting and a destrukturization of commodity properties.

The BALTNER technology processes all types of solid medical waste:

• Products from plastic (syringes, probes, filters, deflyuzor, catheters, capacities and so forth)
• Glass (bottles, bottles, test tubes, ampoules, ave. pipettes)
• The small metal tool (including needles of syringes, lancets, scalpels, razors)
• Products from latex, cellulose, rubber, paper, a cardboard, a tree and fabric
• Dressing

BALTNER-50 – for averages and large versatile hospitals.

Requirements to the room for placement of installation for disinfecting and utilization of medical waste "Baltner".

1. existence of a network of the electric power of 220 W, 50 Hz, with grounding.
2. existence of the sewerage for water discharge.
3. temperature condition of the room: from +5 to + 30 degrees.
4. ventilation: prevalence of an extract over inflow. At room space more than 20 m ² balance of an extract and inflow is possible.
5. the minimum land area taking into account space for storage of waste - 12 m ²
