Technical characteristics
Installation pump SIN - 34 (UNB - 125h32) is intended for forcing of various nonaggressive liquid environments in wells in the course of their routine maintenance and overhaul repairs, and also when carrying out other oil - field flushing and squeezing works on oil and gas wells in moderately cold and moderate macroclimatic areas.
The drive of the pump of installation is carried out from the traction engine of the chassis through a box of selection of power, the driveshaft and a reducer.
The pump of a high pressure - three - plunger horizontal unilateral action.
Reducer - planetary and cylindrical.
Advantages:
— control of work of the equipment and pressure in the pressure head highway is carried out on devices from the driver's cabin;
— the weight and noisiness of installation due to application of a planetary reducer is considerably lost;
— possibility of installation of the electronic registrar of output parameters, and also heating systems and purge of hydraulic part of the plunger pump.
Note: installation can be converted at the request of the customer for performance of additional operations.
