Technical characteristics
Installation lifting UPA - 60A is intended for development and repair of wells.
Installation makes the following operations:
— moving on public roads, departmental roads and from well to well;
— hoisting operations with pumping and compressor pipes and pumping bars;
— drilling of cement traffic jams;
— lovilny and other works on accident elimination on well.
The hoisting unit is mounted on the KAMAZ - 6540 chassis and includes: transmission, the boring winch, mast with tackle system, hydrorotor for screwing together unscrewing of pipes and auxiliary drilling, hydraulic system, control system, working site with shelter, monkey - boards with ladders and shelter and system of emergency evacuation from monkey - boards.
There are reserve drives on rotor boring and the pump flushing.
Mast — telescopic, inclined with the limiter of promotion of upper section and fender board, with system of remote rise and system of the alarm system of promotion and landing of upper section of mast.
The winch — one - drum with the chain drive, the two - band brake, disk tire pneumatic clutches and oil - filled transmission on the drive.
The brake booster — pneumatic. Rotor with hydraulic actuator — with the drive from the MH 250/160 hydromotor.
The drive shaft of boring rotor — for the chain gear.
The breaker of threaded connections of pipes — hydraulic. The drive on the pump flushing — for the cardan shaft.
