INSTALLATION of PATCHING "Bastion-UYaR

 

Bastion - UYaR – installation of patching of asphalt concrete coverings by method of local thermoregeneration.

 

 Bastion - UYaR it is made on the basis of the two - axis ALKO trailer (Germany) and includes:

 

 1 CBM bunker

 

with the thermostat and a possibility of maintenance of the set temperature for storage of hot or cold asphalt;

 

 Capacity of 400 l for a bituminous emulsion (the diluted bitumen) with a temperature regulator;

 

Rod for manual dispersion of a bituminous emulsion;

 

Infrared razogrevatel 1005×1200 mm;

 

The camera for cylinders with propane (with a possibility of heating for work as winter);

 

The platform under the vibrating plate with lifting system;

 

Box for the auxiliary tool.

 

 

 

Bastion - UYaR contains a full set of the necessary equipment and materials for patching. There are enough two people that in 10 - 15 minutes:

 

v to Clear a hole or a hollow of water and dirt;

 

 to Install by v the infrared razogrevatel over the repaired site;

 

 to Include v the infrared razogrevatel for 6 - 9 minutes;

 

v to Loosen the softened asphalt with a rake, to add the necessary amount of hot or cold asphalt from the bunker and to level;

 

v to Condense the site of repair with the vibrating plate;

 

 to Spray v on the repaired surface an emulsion or, at negative temperatures, the diluted bitumen.

 

When patching the border between the regenerated site and other covering is eliminated with method of local thermoregeneration. So - called soldering which excludes a possibility of hit of water in the basis and does not allow premature destruction of the repaired site turns out.

 

Surrounding temperature practically does not influence technology of similar repair and will not interfere with formation of reliable soldering on all depth of the repaired layer. During heating (about 7 minutes) temperature of the repaired site will reach ^150÷170oC.
