Technical characteristics
Installation trade steam mobile multipurpose PPUA - 1600/100MA is intended for dewaxing of oil wells, the underground and land equipment by saturated steam of a high pressure, and also carrying out operations on heating, a sink and other works as steam of low pressure and hot water in the conditions of cold and moderate macroclimatic areas.
Represents an autonomous mobile boiler room for production of steam in field conditions.
Installation is mounted on the KAMAZ - 43118 or KAMAZ - 53228/53229 chassis.
The gorelochny device of new generation and the device of automatic control and regulation "Rubin" intended for management of work of a copper, installation of operating modes of units, the size of pressure and fuel and also is used to display of values of the measured heat power parameters.
Fittings and pipeline: are laid in mine of pipes, are covered with a floor leaf; the column of a low and high pressure of steam is united in one uniform system;
Transition to propane - butane or natural gas is provided.
It is adapted for termogidroerrozionny drilling.
Electric equipment (cables) are laid in cable routes on a shelter roof.
