INSTALLATIONS COMPRESSOR KR-2 AND AKP-2

Are INTENDED FOR: forcings of air in cylinders and maintenance ^{of pressure from 80 to 150 kgfs/cm2} in them in manual (KR-2) and automatic (AKP-2; AKP-21; AKP-22; AKP-23) modes.

ARE APPLIED:

- for start of diesel electric units;

- for providing industrial facilities with compressed air;

- as a part of oil drilling installations.

Installation consists of the three-stage compressor put in action by the electric motor through klinoremenny transfer. Greasing circulating under pressure from the gear pump. Cooling is liquid, on the closed contour.

THE SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL AND PROTECTION OF INSTALLATION PROVIDES:

- start-up at pressure decline in system to 80 ^kgfs/cm2;

- a stop at achievement of pressure in system of 150 ^kgfs/cm2;

- an emergency stop at:

a) excess of air temperature;

b) increase of pressure of air in system to 170 ^kgfs/cm2;

c) pressure decline of air in system to 60 ^kgfs/cm2;

d) pressure drop of oil is lower than admissible size.
