Installations of the Silver filtration

The principle of work of USF consists in processing of aqueous-alcoholic mixes (sortings) by passing of the filtered liquid via the block of a preliminary and coal filtration providing the required quality of a product. Installation is supplied with the pump for ensuring necessary pressure and full development of a resource of filter elements, supplied with locking cranes for air descent, and also cranes for discharge of liquid and the regulating cranes. At the exit of installation the rotameter for measurement of speed of a filtration is installed. The viewing glasses established on caps are intended for visual control of filling of holders with liquid. Manometers are used for measurement of pressure difference on two cascades of installation. Existence in a control panel complete set with the automatic switch and the frequency converter promotes smooth adjustment of speed of a filtration, power economic regime of work of installation, excludes a warming up of the filtered sorting.

Installation is mounted on a uniform frame and consists from:
the pump unit (the ONTs Russia or Grundfos brand (Germany) in fire and explosion safe execution);
the prefilter (DS-8-A-750P filter holder from stainless steel 12X18H10T with EPV.P-500 filter elements) for protection of coal elements of the main cascade against mechanical impurity;
the block of a coal filtration (DS-24-A-1000P filter holder from stainless steel 12X18H10T with an observation port complete with the manometer on 24 meter filtering the EPSF.UAG0.4 brand element);
pipelines of a binding, shutoff valves, flowmeter;
the control panel with the automatic switch and the frequency converter.
