Insurance of property

Any property is subject to insurance: a personal, real, mortgaged property, goods in a warehouse and in a trading floor.

Insured event is the death (loss) or damage of property as a result of the next events:
fire, explosion, lightning stroke, influence of a smoke;
hurricane (storm);
hail;
flood;
earthquake;
flooding by water from pipes of water, sewer and heating systems;
false operation of an automatic fire extinguishing system;
theft with breaking and a robbery, including the subsequent destruction or damage of property;
arrival of the self-propelled vehicle;
collision or falling on the earth of the piloted flying objects, their parts or the freight transported on these objects, overcoming by the flying object of a sound barrier.

The insured sum is determined at a rate of the valid (market) cost of property.
Insurance tariffs are established depending on the characteristic of object of insurance, its location and other factors having essential value for definition of degree of risk ranging from 0,2% to 0,9% of the insured sum.
Insurance payment is carried out at a rate of the real damage caused to property within the insured sum stipulated in the contract of insurance.
