From the point of view of experts, integration of systems is understood as design and development of the certain information system uniting in functionally full decision program and the hardware allowing the customer to achieve the greatest possible interaction and efficiency of various business processes (UAFI-T); the choice of economically justified, integrated information and telecommunication decision for realization of specific objectives of the customer, his complex realization and maintenance during life cycle of system; works on creation and start in operation of the systems necessary for the client (ON or programmatically hardware complexes) formed, as a rule, of independently developed components or included in structure of already functioning systems; the complex of the works providing to the customer system (interconnected and finished) the decisions regarding technologies, the transport environment and the equipment providing effective business process of the operator; development of the specialized decisions including delivery of a hardware platformya software development, and also integration of the developed decision with other business applications of the customer; integration of various equipment rooms and software into uniform subsystems, and also development, production, installation, support and service of the hardware and software systems intended for the solution of the tasks determined by the customer; art and science of the integration of processes, functions, people and information technologies allowing to create the IT-system satisfying to business requirements of the concrete enterprise; this ability to unite separate systems of the customer; the activities for the solution of business and/or technical tasks of the customer with attraction of information technologies directed to increase of efficiency of business of the customer where change of information and/or communication systems of the customer is result; IT outsourcing - transfer by the company of a number of powers and tasks (for example, maintenance and service of IT of structures) the third-party company outsourcer (usually it is the long-term or single contract for rendering of services with a certain level of quality); ability to provide customers with all necessary mechanisms for effective management of business.
