Channel internal Toshiba blocks of the MMD-AP series ** allow to give HFE to rooms to 100% of fresh air from the street. If necessary they carry out preliminary heating, cooling and moistening of stitched air.
Three standard sizes of channel Toshiba blocks for multizone systems, with a productivity from 14 to 28 kW are issued. Blocks are compact, equipped with the DU wire panels, connection to TCC-Link control system is possible.
Attention! The multizone system cannot consist only of internal blocks from 100% inflow of fresh air:
- Blocks of this type in each VRF to the Toshiba system there can be no more than two
- Productivity of channel blocks from 100% an air flow - no more than 30% of the general productivity of internal blocks
- Height difference between Toshiba blocks from 100% an air flow - no more than 0,5 meters.
100% inflow of fresh air
Channel internal Toshiba blocks from 100% inflow of fresh air are issued in 3 standard sizes: MMD-AP0481HFE with a productivity of 14 kW, MMD-AP0721HFE with a productivity of 22 kW and MMD-AP0961HFE with a productivity of 28 kW.
Blocks are intended for use in the multizone Toshiba Super MMS systems. They represent the channel high-pressure blocks allowing to give up to 100% of fresh air to the room (to work without recirculation). Channel Toshiba blocks of the MMD-AP0 series ** can work with 1HFE both for cooling, and for heating. Besides, it is possible to connect a humidifier to them.
Use of channel Toshiba blocks from 100% an air flow
100% inflow of fresh air from the street create additional thermal load of central air and complicates management of it and maintenance of desirable temperature in rooms. Therefore at connection of channel internal Toshiba blocks from 100% with inflow of fresh air to VRF to the SMMS system restrictions work:
- The multizone system cannot consist only of internal blocks from 100% inflow of fresh air:
- Blocks of this type in each VRF to the Toshiba system there can be no more than two
- Productivity of channel blocks from 100% an air flow - no more than 30% of the general productivity of internal blocks
- Height difference between Toshiba blocks from 100% an air flow in one system - no more than 0,5 meters
- Admissible range of temperatures during the work on cooling from +5 to +43 degrees, on heating from-5 to 43 degrees
