Intra pipe diagnostics
- Interinzh-Almaty LLP together with the leading foreign enterprises renders services in intra pipe defectoscopy of the main oil pipelines and gas pipelines with use of shells defectoscopes of high resolution.
- Main customers of services are such organizations as CJSC KazTransOil and JSC Intergas Central Asia. With use of a magnetic and ultrasonic method of intra pipe diagnostics more than 3580 km of oil pipelines and about 2760 km of gas pipelines of different diameters are diagnosed.
- The technology of works on intra pipe inspection is developed on the basis of applications of Customers.

The full complex of intra pipe inspection makes: cleaning of an internal cavity, profilometriya and defectoscopy.
By results of diagnostics to the Customer the report on a condition of a site of the oil pipeline or the gas pipeline is issued. The description of parameters and location of the revealed defects, the pipe magazine in which the apportion of pipes of the surveyed site on length, wall thickness with the indication of details and knots of arrangement of the oil pipeline (protective cartridges on sites of transitions, prigruza, branches, linear cranes, curve inserts), classification and ranging of the revealed defects by degree of danger, the recommendation about terms of repair of the pipeline is given.
