Tokarno the model 250ITVM.01 screw cutter - is intended for processing of turning works in the centers, cam or draw-in attachments, there is still a possibility of cutting of modular, metric, inch carvings.
Expanded range of numbers of turns and giving gives tokarno screw-cutting stanokproizvoditelny equipment at high quality of a surface. The preselective management of spindle speeds well allows to make the subsequent inclusion in machine operating time, and also easily and quickly to carry out it at some point. Mnemonic regulation copes and provided with one handle, a way of inclusion which coincides with precisely chosen movement of a support with a reztsovy head.
Without shameful system of fixing of a reztsovy head gives very high rigidity and accuracy of fixing of installation. The running screw is easily and automatically greased when cutting a carving. The design of shpindelny knot easily and quickly allows to replace driving belts without any dismantling of knot. Screw cutters 250 turning tokarno - ITVM.01, 250 - ITVM F1, 250 - ITVM.03 - their bed is made of strong chromonickel cast iron, and guides are tempered to currents and the highest frequency and ground. All basis and the mechanism located in an apron perfectly protects mechanisms of giving from various overloads, and also well allows to do work on a rigid emphasis when turning material.
The apron of the hidden type not bad provides cross and longitudinal giving of a support mechanically and manually from all running roller, and also cutting a carving by means of the running screw. Tokarno the screw cutter is good in management, giving is easily carried out by one of the handle. Management of turning on of the handle easily coincides with the direction of movement of a support.
