Knot docking US-1 of EI30

Application of knot of docking US-1 allows to prevent distribution of a smoke and fine fraction of fire extinguishing powder out of room limits.

The docking hub consists of a door external with the lock and panels back.

The door external closes docking knot outside on the lock. From within the room the docking knot is closed by a decorative lattice.
Of knot docking which can be exposed to thermal impact of the fire are made by Vsedetali of special materials which are provided by fire resistance of knot docking till 90 min. Installation of knot docking is made at a stage of construction and internal finishing of the protected room

In usual conditions the docking knot is closed. In a closed position the working part provides the required fire resistance and gas-tightness.
In need of removal from the protected room of gas and a smoke the smoke exhauster is connected to docking knot, then in docking knot the blocking device opens fire.
Removal of gas and smoke from the emergency room is made in the following sequence:

• the smoke exhauster is prepared for work (is established in the right place, it is connected to electricity, it is put on
  sleeve pressure head, etc.);
• the door external opens;
• by means of the device connecting the smoke exhauster and docking knot unite in a whole;
• the blocking device, forming thereby through pass from the gas-polluted room through a wall to an entrance flange of the smoke exhauster opens;
• the smoke exhauster turns on;
• the smoke and the soaring particles of an aerosol are soaked up by the smoke exhauster and through the pressure head hose line are thrown out outside.

Guarantee period of knots docking – 1 year from the moment of commissioning, but no more than 2 years from the date of release.
Within a warranty period the manufacturer undertakes to eliminate gratuitously all malfunctions on condition of observance by the consumer of the rules stated in the passport.
The established period of service of knots docking makes 5 years.
