The liquid gummirovochny structure "Konstakor - TEP" of TU 2513 - 003 - 34724672 - 2007 is intended for anticorrosive protection of the steel surfaces which are operated in the conditions of influence of hostile environment of acid and alkaline character temperature to 80ºС.
The structure represents the three - packing system consisting of a basis, the vulcanizing agent and the accelerator of curing.
The basis represents sazhenapolnenny composition on the basis of a divinylstyrene termoelastoplast in butylacetate. The vulcanizing agent – sulfur copolymeric on the basis of brand II thiokol, the curing accelerator – a diethyl or dimethyldithiocarbamate of zinc.
The system of a covering consisting of several layers of liquid gummirovochny structure at the general thickness of a covering not less than 800 microns, keeps protective properties within not less than 5 years up to point of no more AZ1 in accordance with GOST 9.407 - 84.
