The PALESSE GS12 KZS-1218 combine harvester – the high-performance combine with the molotilno-separating device 1500 mm wide in which acceleration of a stream of grain weight in front of the thresh is applied. At the same time distinctive feature of a thresher of PALESSE GS12 are big diameters of the reel accelerator and molotilny drum (600 and 800 mm) – more, than in any other thresher of similar type. At the expense of it the combine provides the stable thresh on cleaning of the "difficult", including littered, vysokosolomisty and damp bread. The special all-wheel drive version of the combine is effective on soils with the low bearing ability.
Efficiency of use of the combine increases with use of additional adapters for cleaning of various cultures, by re-equipment of a thresher (cleaning of corn by grain and sunflower), a thresher and a running gear (rice cleaning). Depending on preferences of the markets, the combine can be equipped with engines from different producers.
Distinctive feature of a thresher of PALESSE GS12 are the increased diameters of the reel accelerator and molotilny drum: respectively 600 and 800 mm. In combination with the increased area of a double podbarabanye it allowed to make a way of the thresh more extended, and the thresh more careful. Result – the high level of a vymolot and separation, including on high-caulescent cultures.
The reel accelerator increases the speed of the movement of the grain weight arriving from the conveyor of the inclined camera, bringing closer it to the speed of rotation of a molotilny drum. The accelerator is equipped with primary podbarabanye thanks to what the thresh and separation begin already at a stage of acceleration of a stream. Besides, reel accelerator teeths evenly distribute weight. Thus, load of a molotilny drum and the main podbarabanye decreases. It allows to make the thresh stable and effective, providing to the combine advantage on cleaning of the twisted and damp bread.
Existence of seven cascades with optimum height difference on each of five keys of a solomotryas and the big amplitude of oncoming traffic of keys improve release of grain from solomisty lots, support stable productivity and reduce losses.
Reshyotny camp of the impressive area, three cascades of cleaning, powerful turbofan with uniform distribution of an air stream on sieves – such system of cleaning meets the highest requirements to purity of bunker grain.
Change of intensity of an air stream: the electromechanism operated by the button from a cabin allows to regulate the speed of rotation of the fan of cleaning smoothly.
The push-button keyboard provides management of the combine of all working bodies – from a harvester, the inclined camera and a thresher before cleaning and system of unloading of grain.
The management information System Control system on the basis of the on-board computer unites in itself functions of information support, registration, statistics, management and control. The computer finds an optimum ratio of adjustments depending on the removed culture, its productivity, humidity and a contamination. This is the reliable assistant whose value increases as cleaning conditions become complicated. At start the on-board computer automatically checks chains of sensors and the used mechanisms for serviceability, there is a possibility of viewing of councils for elimination of malfunction and the reference to the scheme with numbers of chains.
The spacious shumovibrozashchishchyonny cabin of Comfort Max with the magnificent review is equipped with the conditioner, an automatic control and management system on the basis of the on-board computer. High level of comfort, including system of the organization of a workplace, keeps high performance of the combine operator during the long shift.
The modern inclined camera differs in reliability, stable high-quality giving of grain weight, provides high efficiency and quality of the thresh.
Use of hydropneumoaccumulators on hydraulic cylinders of rise/lowering of the inclined camera increases quality of copying by a field relief harvester, prevents damage of a harvester and inclined camera.
The fuel tank with a capacity of 600 l applied in a combine design is made of high-quality polymeric materials, has advantages in comparison with the metal fuel tank – durability and corrosion resistance. Is an effective solution of the problem of a contamination of fuel system corrosion products.
The PALESSE GS12 combine harvester in addition can be equipped with the operated leading bridge. The combine with two leading bridges has the increased passability, is capable to harvest in difficult conditions: on heavy soils, during incessant rains on autumn cleaning of corn on grain that considerably raises its seasonal operating time.
Use of a harvester capture of 9 m wide in the PALESSE GS12 combine of the KZS-1218-35 model does use of the combine effective on fields with average and low productivity, reduces the number of passes across the field and fuel consumption. For work with a 9-meter harvester the combine is equipped with the unloading screw which length is increased by 1 meter that provides a free entrance of vehicles for grain unloading. The cutting device with the strong shtampo-welded fingers having the top and lower cutting edges with system of alternation of segments a notch gives exclusively pure cut up/down and provides self-cleaning. The planetary reducer applied to the drive of the cutting harvester device provides the high frequency of cutting (1108 courses/min.) at the smooth course and the minimum wear, increasing productivity.
Colza cleaning.
Use of device for cleaning of colza allows to increase a table of a harvester. Active side dividers with the bespaltsevy cutting devices accurately cut off the removed colza on edge of a zagonka. In combination with rape reflectors, it reduces losses of seeds of colza to a minimum.
Cleaning of corn on grain.
Cleaning of corn on grain becomes easily feasible task with use of a special set of the equipment. It includes a harvester with a pochatkootdelitel and a stebleizmelchitel, the lowering drive of a molotilny drum, a replaceable podbarabanye and the additional equipment for working systems of the combine. Ears carefully separate and move on the thresh, and stalks small crumble. The field remains completely ready to plowing.
