If the student, is not satisfied with accommodation conditions, he in the right to pick up to himself housing. The account for use of water, electricity and the Internet is paid in addition. The account on utilities is distributed on all residents of the apartment. Besides rent it is necessary to pay also the deposit which comes back after you leave the room/apartment and provided that all furniture will be in safety.
