Laser cutting

The technology of cutting and cutting of materials using the laser of high power and which is usually applied on industrial production lines. The focused laser beam which is usually operated by the computer provides high concentration of energy and allows to cut practically any materials irrespective of their heatphysical properties. In the course of cutting, under the influence of a laser beam material of the cut site melts, flares up, evaporates or is blown by a gas stream. At the same time it is possible to receive narrow cuts with the minimum zone of thermal influence. Laser cutting differs in lack of mechanical impact on the processed material, there are minimum deformations, both temporary in the course of cutting, and residual after full cooling. Thereof laser cutting, even easily deformable and nonrigid preparations and details, it is possible to carry out with a fine precision. Thanks to the big power of laser radiation high efficiency of process in combination with high quality of surfaces of a cut is provided. Easy and rather simple management of laser radiation allows to carry out laser cutting on a difficult contour of flat and volume details and preparations with high extent of automation of process.
