Lattices external is SCARLET RN type

External lattices of RN aluminum are intended for an air intake in systems of ventilation and conditioning.

Structurally external ventilating grate of RN aluminum consists of a frame and blinds of a S-shaped form fixed not movably. Lattices make of light aluminum alloy and have a strong design. The lattice is painted by a thermoshrinkable powder covering standardly in white color (RAL9016). According to the separate application coloring in other color according to the RAL catalog is possible.

Characteristics of ventilating grates

The minimum size of a lattice is 100х150 mm, further with a step of 50 mm in any combination. The maximum size of a lattice does not exceed 1800х3960 mm. If its size is more maximum, then such lattice is issued in the form of modules. It is easy to bring together them directly on an object.

Coefficient of "the live section" of an external aluminum lattice — 0,41.

The lattice which overall dimensions exceed transport dimensions can be made in the form of the module and is easily collected on an object.

Installation of external lattices

The lattice fastens to an air duct or a wall by means of the self-tapping screw. The joint becomes stronger sealant on a neutral basis or by means of a sealant from rubber or synthetic materials on a sticky basis on the one hand.
