Stalex PBB of Listogib Stalex of the PBB series is intended for production of various products from sheet materials with wide and irregular shapes. With flexible products on four parties such as box, pallets, the ventilated facades and any other profile hardware.
Features:
• - The machine is delivered with the top clamping segment beam. The PBB 1270/2 machine has 12 segments of various sizes: 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 270 mm. Width of a bending beam is 15 mm. Height of raising of a clamping segment beam of 47 mm. Height in the pressed state without segment of 25 mm. The PBB 1020/2.5 machine has 11 segments of the different sizes: 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 270 mm. Width of a bending beam is 15 mm. Height of raising of a clamping segment beam of 47 mm. Height in the pressed state without segment of 25 mm. • - The machine without restriction of depth of submission of the sheet • - Existence of the foot drive allows the operator to expedite turn and movement of preparations • - The steel structure guarantees necessary rigidity and stability of the machine at daily use • - A design of the machine has the vertical course of a clamping beam that allows to fix preparations with strictly parallel surfaces and stronger clip on all length of the machine, in comparison with usual axial clips. • - The system of springs of a bending beam facilitates work of the operator on the machine
