Stalex MFS 2020/1.5 of Listogib Stalex MFS 2020/1.5 is intended for production of various products from sheet materials with wide and irregular shapes. With flexible products on four parties such as box, pallets, the ventilated facades and any other profile hardware. The machine with a powerful steel structure is delivered with the top clamping beam which is completed with 13 segments of various sizes: 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 220 mm, 250 mm, 500 mm, 500 mm. The design of the machine has the vertical course of a clamping beam (thanks to a vertical sled in a machine design) that allows to fix preparations with strictly parallel surfaces and stronger clip on all length of the machine, in comparison with usual axial clips. Existence of the foot drive considerably simplifies work of the operator that in turn allows to expedite turn and movement of preparations. The machine has a possibility of adjustment of height of a bending beam, and also adjustment of height of a clip on clamping a bending beam. At a design of a bending beam there is a compensator of a deflection and the limiter of a gib. -
