Description
Locks safety ZP-3 are intended for prevention of passing of the return blow (flame) arising at gas-flame processing of metals in the protected equipment (cylinder). The lock safety can join:
- to the output union of a balloon reducer;
- in a rupture of a gas sleeve;
- to an entrance of a cutting torch (torch).
Locks safety are used with various working environments:
- oxygen - ZP-3K;
- combustible gas (acetylene, propane-butane, methane) - ZP-3G.
Locks safety for each sort of gas have the different modifications differing from each other in way of accession to it of a rubber sleeve and an installation site.
Working environment oxygen (ZP-3K):
- capacity 40m3/h;
- working pressure of Pmax 1,25mpa.
Working environment combustible gas (ZP-3G):
- capacity 5m3/h;
- working pressure of Pmax 0.3mpa.
