Luminescent explosion-proof Rambo lamp - Ex
Application: RAMBO lamps - Ex, it is the luminescent lamps intended for illumination of spaces with danger of explosion of combustible gases and vapors - a zone 1, 2 and spaces with danger of explosion of combustible dust - a zone 21, 22. Lamps are certified and approved by FTZÚ - Ekh, Ostrava - Radvanitsa (FTZÚ 04 ATEX 0142X).
Basis: The basis of the lamp is made from is white the painted steel sheet 2 mm thick. For illumination of external open spaces and degree of protection of IP67 it is recommended to order the lamp case from galvanized sheet steel. The polycarbonate tube with thickness of a wall of 4 mm is put in a basis. It provides excellent mechanical firmness against blow. The tube is ended by the condensing stopper with input of M20 intended for Wednesday with danger of explosion. The lamp is finished with end faces from polycarbonate. They unite to a basis by means of imbusny screws. It is possible to order the screw with a special head too, including the corresponding tool. This equipment does not allow to dismantle the RAMBO-Ex lamp ordinary tools (it is developed for Service prison administration of the Czech Republic).
Reflector: The reflector which is made from is enclosed in a basis of the lamp it is white the painted steel sheet thickness 0,5mm or it is difficult from two aluminum shapes. On it the electric equipment is also attached.
System of fastening: Lamps fasten by means of special couplings and four screws to a ceiling or on a wall
