Description:

It is intended for a binding by a strong plastic clip of ready polymeric packages of the packed product. The equipment will allow you to give to packing the finished attractive look, to provide tight protection of a product against influence of environment, a practicality for the consumer.

Simplicity in operation and reliability, ease when replacing the reel, the low cost of a clip. - Tight closing of a package (the patented system). The equipment is supplied with the device for drawing date by method of an engraving or by method of the ink press. Drive: only pneumatics.

Mechanical speed: till 30 packages/min. (really depends on the speed of work of the operator).

Scheme of work:

The operator stacks a product in a ready package, forms a mouth of a package and brings it to a device ear, the device automatically cuts off and presses a clip putting date.
