The control is carried out with the help of a remote control on which the speed and direction of rotation are regulated, the pressure in the tank is regulated, the rest of the operating time.

The salting / marinating time is up to 15 minutes.

In a vacuum, ingredients, spices, brines are absorbed into the raw material much faster and more efficiently, and due to rotation, the spices are evenly distributed throughout the product. Acceleration of the technological process can significantly reduce the preparation time of products for further processing (drying, frying, canning, packaging).

 

How to make money on a marinator ! ?

Meat for barbecue: 10 kg of meat (pork, beef, lamb) is poured with 2 - 3 liters of marinade and is processed in a vacuum massager for 15 minutes.
