Materials waterproofing the getting action

The getting waterproofing of KRISTALLIZOL-is dry powder, on the basis of special cements, quartz sand of small fraction and active chemical additives. Mix is shut by water and applied on damp concrete with a layer from 1st to 3 mm. The principle of action of the KRISTALLIZOL system is based on penetration of chemical mineral additives under the influence of osmotic pressure during a capillary time of concrete and filling of their (sealing) with almost insoluble crystalline hydrates, in the course of interaction with salts of calcium of a cement stone. In the course of work, to material KRISTALLIZOL there is a modification of internal structure of concrete at the molecular and capillary level. The active chemical additives which are contained in waterproofing mix get into a concrete time on depth from 10 to 60 cm and will crystallize (cork) them (as a result of chemical reactions, the insoluble crystals entirely filling emptiness, a time and microcracks in concrete are formed). Along with penetration in a body of concrete, KRISTALLIZOL forms the high-strength, waterproof covering 0,5-3 mm thick protecting concrete from influence of water and hostile environment on a concrete surface. Thus, builders gain double waterproofing effect: at the expense of a waterproofing external course and crystallization of a time in concrete. Crystallization of a time of concrete also increases its density that with success is used for restoration and reconstruction of the destroyed concrete constructions. In use designs, at emergence of new contact with water molecules, chemical reaction is resumed and process of consolidation (sealing) of concrete develops in depth. There is also a process of self-curing, sealing of microcracks in concrete. Thanks to penetration into a body of KRISTALLIZOL concrete it is actively used for a waterproofing of the concrete buried constructions, a waterproofing of the bases and a waterproofing of cellars FROM WITHIN rooms.
