Mercury 231 AT – 01

Counters are intended for the commercial accounting of the active electric power in one direction on the 4th tariffs in the four - wire alternating current main.

Basic functions:

• Counters are provided by measurement, the account, storage, a conclusion to the LCD indicator and transfer on the IrDA interface of the following information
  - quantities of the considered active electric power separately on each tariff and the sum on all tariffs:
  • in total from dumping of indications
  • for the current days
  • for the last days
  • for the current month
  • for each of 11 last months
  • for the current year
  • for previous year
• The tasksetter of the counter provides a possibility of the account on 4 tariffs in 16 temporary zones of days. Every day weeks and month of year it is programmed according to the individual tariff schedule. The minimum interval of action of a tariff within days – 1 minute
• In addition the counter provides measurement, a conclusion to the LCD indicator and transfer on on the IrDA interface of the following parameters of the power supply network:
• instant values of active power on each phase and on the sum of phases;
• the operating values of phase currents, tension, corners between phase tension
• network frequencies
• power factors on each phase and on the sum of phases
• Control and management of loading through a telemetric exit external chains of switching for restriction shutdown of load of the consumer at excess of the set limits of energy or power is possible.

• Existence of a log (ring on 10 records on each event) in which are fixed:
  • time of inclusion of switching off of the counter
  • time of loss / emergence of phases 1,2,3
  • time of opening / closing of the device
  • time of correction of the tariff schedule
  • time of excess of the set limits of energy and power …

Counters display on the LCD indicator:

• value of the consumed active electric energy on each tariff (to four) and the sum on all tariffs with the accruing result to within the 100 - th shares of kWh;
• the phase tension and current in each phase;
• the measured value of active power (time of integration 1 c) as on each phase, and total on three phases;
• power factor on each phase and total on three phases;
• corners between phase tension;
• network frequency;
• current time and date;
