Shamotny mix. Mertel shamotny MSh – 36

Apply a mertel shamotny in the form of solution both to a laying of a fire - resistant brick of the ShA brand, and to a laying of the Vitebsk oven red brick of m - 200.

Use the mix MSh - 36 also for plastering of a surface of furnaces and fireplaces.

Mertel MSh - tonkoizmelchyonny fire - resistant mix, ready structure for a fire - resistant laying of furnaces and fireplaces.

Refractory clay and chamotte a ground fire - resistant brick is a part of a mertel. Final hardening of seams from a mertel results from formation of a ceramic sheaf.

Structure mertel shamotny MSh - 36

Mertel shamotny consists only from refractory clay, powder shamotny ground.

Mertel fire - resistant advantages:

Environmentally friendly, does not cause irritation and allergic reactions when mixing, does not emit harmful substances when heating, convenient in application, fireproof, plastic, heat - resistant, frost - resistant.

Preparation of fire - resistant mix for a furnace laying from a shamotny fire - resistant brick

For receiving solution a mertel moisten with water to a condition of gruel and carefully stir.

Solution is prepared to provide free movement of a brick on a surface of a laying and at consolidation to fill all roughnesses and emptiness.

Before the laying begins, solution has to keep the structure and not be stratified. Depending on amount of the added water, mertelny solution can be:

• dense – 8, 5 liters of water on packing of 20 kg of a mertel;
• semi - dense – 11, 8 liters of water on packing of 20 kg of a mertel;
• liquid – 13, 5 liters of water on packing of 20 kg of a mertel.

Dense use at seams 3 - 4 mm thick.

Liquid and semi - dense solutions use at a thickness of seam up to 2 mm.
