Description
X-MET 5100 - a novelty from the leading producer of portable X-ray fluorescent analyzers of a chemical composition.
Possibility of definition of elements from Mg to U in finished products, a pro-wolf, scrap, welded seams, soils, ores, etc.
Unique speed, accuracy and the analysis of a wide number of elements it became possible thanks to the 2nd developments:
- Silicon Drift Detector (SDD) sensor
- tiny x-ray tube of 45 kV
There is no need in purges helium and uses of the vacuum pump.
The device is delivered both with calibration in fundamental parameters, and with a big set of empirical calibrations (low-alloyed became, stainless steels, tool became, copper alloys, nickel alloys, titanic alloys, aluminum alloys, etc.)
